Caring grows out of relationships and Bethel Grove desires to foster them in order to encourage care for one another. As our lives entwine as neighbors, friends and co-workers, we learn that depending on one another is a necessity. We really are a family, God’s family through faith in Jesus Christ. At BG, care happens in structured and unstructured ways each day.
People are encouraged to become part of a small group, where Biblical study, prayer and relationships are nurtured. In doing so, we enter into a deeper level of community at BG, a level not found if one only attends the Sunday Morning worship service.
The church leadership also encourages people to reach beyond their own comfort zones. Elders, deaconess and deacon boards serve others and seek to provide support that will help everyone fulfill Christ’s call. The pastoral staff, along with other individuals, offer counseling for a variety of issues. Contact the church office at 607-277-3333 for more information. |
