Bethel Grove Bible Church is an independent church that acknowledges a crucial interdependency with other churches and agencies in forming partnerships to fulfill the mission God has given to us. To that end, we work with organizations both locally and globally.

Community Faith Partners provides an outreach to Tompkins County residents experiencing difficulty making positive adjustments to society. This is accomplished through jail ministry and assistance in post incarceration transition back to the community. It offers weekly support meetings and a Holistic Hardware program designed to develop basic life skills. www.communityfaithpartners.org

Golden Key Ministries Serving the various correctional facilities in the region through Bible studies, literature and visitation. Contact: Doug Smith 785-4939.

Ithaca Pregnancy Center provides free pregnancy tests, support services for women in crisis pregnancies, post abortion counseling, abstinence counseling, referral services and maternity and infant materials for those who have needs. Legal Societies

BG supports three Christian legal ministries which include:

Alliance Defense Fund (www.alliancedefensefund.org) which takes direct initiative in court cases involving protection of speech rights, religious discrimination etc. The Christian Legal Society (www.clsnet.org) which focuses on assisting Christian lawyers in integrating their faith with their professional lives. The Center for Public Justice (www.cpjustice.org) which strives to advance justice by advocating the proper exercise of government’s authority to uphold the common good. Psalm 107 is a home providing a Christian family environment for women with physical, emotional/mental problems who lack other family support. 109 Williams St., Groton, N.Y. 13073. Contact: Jeannette Frank, Ph. (607) 227-5266.

Tompkins County Young Life is an international organization with local leadership to reach high school students through Club, Campaigners (informal Bible studies), and Camps. World Vision - Operation Christmas Child

Prison Fellowship - Angel Tree - Christmas gifts are purchased and donated on behalf of the parent serving time in prison for the children.
