PROMISELAND is the ministry to children and families at Bethel Grove. Each month, more than 80 adults volunteer their time and energy to nurture, train, and teach the children of BG. The vision for the ministry is simple: to help parents as they disciple their children for God's glory.
PromiseLand includes:
- Small Groups to help support and encourage the parents of little ones (Interested? Contact: amy@bg.org)
- A church environment that is safe, child-friendly, and attractive
- Careful selection of all volunteers who work with the children
- Age-appropriate opportunities for children of all ages to learn and apply God’s truth
- Sunday morning individual classes for each grade (9:00am) that are Bible-based and fun
- Sunday morning childcare during both services for babies through pre-school with Bible stories, prayer, and play
- Children's Church (10:45am) K-3rd grades mixed age group where children learn about the Christian faith including: creative and dramatized bible stories, scripture memorization, and have opportunities for fellowship and service
- Bible Study Fellowship (10:45am) 4th-5th grades combined where children study the same topic presented in the sermon.
- 4th and 5th grade children are also involved in an annual musical from January - April
