Bill completed his Ph.D. from Penn State University in May 2005, and he and Lisa have returned to Bulgaria. They are living in Blagoevgrad where Bill is teaching at the University and Lisa is actively involved in discipleship ministries. Their desire is to be redemptively involved with people as they seek to develop a ministry of discipleship among the lost.
