Bill grew up in Webster, NY, and received a BS from Cortland State and an MS from Ithaca College in Sports Medicine. Colleen moved around the US with her parents Joyce and Bob Creech, finishing high school in Trumansburg and graduating from Cortland State. Both Bill and Colleen have done short-term missions projects in Ukraine and Romania. They have been in Ukraine since 1996.

After five years of working with athletes, our ministry focus has shifted, and we are ministering to families. We are developing parenting materials, giving lectures on Biblical parenting, speaking at marriage and parenting conferences, and ministering to families as God gives us opportunities. They hope to use this evangelistically, as there is a great felt-need for help in the area of marriage and parenting. Their hearts desire is to see godly families raised up to honor Christ in Ukraine.
